Platemaking

Imageworx produces digital plates for the flexographic and letterpress printing processes. High definition analog plates are manufactured for dry offset printers. We utilize an Esko CDI digital plate exposure system to process superior quality flexographic plates. Digital plates can be made utilizing conventional or Samba screens, depending on the individual requirements of the job. Plates can also be exposed and processed conventionally utilizing an OLEC high-definition exposure system and conventional solvent washout up to 44" by 30". Dry offset and letterpress plates are exposed on an OLEC high-definition exposure system. Imageworx processes water wash photopolymer plates to 40" by 30".
